Get the right help
Include the product name, your order number if you have one, the exact error message, and the device or app you are using. A screenshot can help, but remove personal or confidential information first.
Never email passwords, API keys, payment-card details, or private customer records. Support does not need those details to help with a file-opening problem.
WordPress Website Care Playbook
The workbook includes an 18-page PDF and six editable Markdown worksheets: site inventory, backup-and-restore record, change log, launch gate, SEO review and handoff note. The complete download is a ZIP bundle containing the PDF and worksheet folder.

Opening and using your files
How do I open the ZIP bundle?
Save the download to a location you can find, then use your device’s Extract, Unzip or equivalent action. Open the extracted folder rather than trying to edit files inside the ZIP. The folder contains the PDF, the editable worksheets and a README with guidance.
What app do I need for the PDF?
Use an app that supports PDF files. If a file will not open, confirm that the download finished and try opening the saved copy rather than a browser preview. Send the exact error to support if the problem continues.
How do I edit the Markdown worksheets?
The worksheets use the .md file extension. Open them in a plain-text or Markdown editor, or import them into a tool that supports Markdown. Keep an unchanged original and make a working copy for your site. Never put secrets or real customer records into a worksheet.
Do I need to install a WordPress plugin?
No. The workbook and worksheets are planning documents. They do not install anything on your site. Use the actual host, WordPress, plugin and payment-provider documentation when carrying out an approved change.
Download or order questions
What if a download link is missing or does not work?
Check any order confirmation and, if you used an account, the My account area for available downloads. If you still cannot locate the file, email support with the product name and order number if available. Do not send payment-card information.
What if checkout is not available?
Do not send payment details by email or make an off-site payment based on an unsolicited message. Contact support@hackbitez.com with the product name so the operator can clarify availability.
Where can I ask about refunds or permitted use?
Email support with the product name and your question. This help page does not create a refund promise or replace the applicable sales and licensing terms.
