Rank Math setup: set an accurate site identity
Choose the site type and organization or person information that genuinely describes the publication. Do not invent credentials, logos or business details. Review the installed version’s documentation because interfaces change. Keep external account connections separate from local plugin configuration. A setup wizard completing successfully does not establish that the site’s content is accurate or ready for publication.
Write useful titles and descriptions
Make each title identify the page’s subject and give the description a truthful summary. Avoid stuffing repeated keywords or promising a result the article does not support. Rank Math documents default templates and per-post controls. Check actual output to ensure theme and plugin behavior do not create conflicting metadata. Search engines may choose different displayed snippets.

Review indexing and sitemaps
Decide which public content should be discoverable and verify the generated sitemap. Rank Math explains noindex options for empty archives and other pages. Do not assume drafts belong in a public sitemap. Check access and status before changing directives. A noindex preference is not an access-control system for confidential material and should not replace proper permissions.
Use schema that matches the page
Structured data should describe genuine visible content. Do not add invented ratings, reviews or qualifications to improve a score. Different content types have different fields and eligibility. Follow current documentation and relevant search requirements. A blog theme being compatible with Rank Math does not prove that every possible schema configuration is appropriate or that rich results are guaranteed.
Verify and maintain
Inspect representative public pages, metadata and sitemap output after changes. Keep a record of unresolved settings and avoid running overlapping SEO systems without understanding their effects. A focus keyword is an editorial aid, not a guarantee of rankings. Reliable content, correct access and truthful markup matter more than reaching a plugin score through artificial repetition.
