Digital download support: describe what the buyer receives
State file formats, prerequisites, supported software and delivery method before purchase. A clear product description prevents avoidable confusion. Do not imply personal coaching or future updates if they are not included. Label illustrations accurately and use genuine examples of the actual product where needed. A customer should know whether the file fits their situation before reaching checkout.
Define support scope
Explain contact routes, support hours and what assistance is included. Distinguish download failures, product defects and requests for custom work. Write the Docs’ emphasis on purpose and instructions is relevant to useful product guidance. Avoid promising unlimited lifetime support unless the commitment is genuinely sustainable and clearly defined. Keep account or payment issues within legitimate provider processes.

Review refund obligations
Consumer rights and digital-content rules vary by jurisdiction and circumstances. Obtain appropriate local advice before publishing a policy. Do not assume a checkout checkbox or blanket “no refunds” statement overrides the law. Explain the approved process in plain language and avoid hiding conditions. Business-offer claims promising guaranteed income are particularly risky and should not appear in your marketing.
Handle requests safely
Ask for the minimum information needed to locate and resolve the issue. Never request passwords, verification codes or full card details through support messages. Use the store’s supported refund route and keep records appropriately protected. Do not make customers publish private information to prove eligibility. Verify external messages claiming a payment dispute through the legitimate provider.
Use feedback to improve delivery
Review recurring access problems, unclear instructions and compatibility complaints. Update the product description or files rather than blaming every buyer. Version changes should be distinguishable and consistent with the promised update terms. Support and refunds are real operating obligations, not exceptions that disappear because the product is downloadable or marketed as passive income.
